Before you can submit ILL requests using the online form you must have a library account (AKA a library card, library card number, library barcode or a Koha account). This is not the same as an eRaider or an R number.
- TIP - If you can successfully login to the library catalog here with your eRaider, then you already have a library account.
If you do not yet have a library account, you must apply for one here and then wait for it to be processed the next business day before you can submit online ILL requests. For clinical emergencies call your local ILL office during business hours.
IMPORTANT - library account applications are processed the next business day. They are not processed at night or on weekends.
