For Texas Tech Health El Paso affiliated patrons, there is no limit to the number of Interlibrary Loan requests made, although it may affect the time to process and fulfill the requests. For contract patrons, the number of Interlibrary Loan requests are specified in the contract that must be finalized prior to requests.
