Q. How do I find the new Micromedex Mobile Apps password?

For the Drug Interactions app and the IV Compatibility app -

1.    Revisit the Micromedex web site (off-campus users will also be prompted for their TTUHSC El Paso eRaider).

2.    Click the Download Center link in the upper right of the screen.

3.    Retrieve the new password for your app.

For the NeoFax Essentials app and the Pediatric Essentials app -

1.    Revisit the Micromedex web site (off-campus users will also be prompted for their TTUHSC El Paso eRaider.)

2.    Click the NeoFax / Pediatrics link to open a new window.

3.    Click the Mobile link in the upper right of the screen.

4.    Retrieve the new password for your app.
