TTUHSC El Paso cannot resell remote access. Publishers expect unaffiliated users to purchase their own personal remote access subscriptions directly from the publisher. This includes TTUHSC El Paso library contracts, Alumni Association paid memberships, and Friends of the Library (FOTL).
